Can't make your appointment? No worries! The team at Reese Marie are understanding things may not always go according to plan in your day-to-day. We're looking forward to treating you when it works for you! Our Policies

Late Cancellation 

Once you book an appointment with us, we reserve that valued time exclusively for you.

Please notify our team 24-hours or more prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled and not rescheduled within 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service amount.  

No-Show Bookings

Guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service amount and will require a 50% pre-payment to schedule their next appointment. In extreme cases where a 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment was unavailable, the management team will determine the service charge. Our way of upholding this policy will to be requiring a credit card to hold on file at the time of scheduling your appointment. We appreciate your understanding!

Re-Service Policy 

We do not offer refunds on any services at Reese Marie. However, our stylists take great pride in their work and taking care of you is the reason we are in business. If you are not satisfied we are always willing to work with you so you feel confident in yourself and our care for you. 


Our re-service policy allows guests to reschedule the service they found unsatisfactory within seven days of the initial booking - rescheduling after the seven days is not permitted. We highly recommend a thorough consultation with your stylist with as much detail as possible - pictures are always best for visual representation of what you are looking for as a final result - before finalizing your appointment. Any services desired outside the original service will be treated as a new service and will require payment at checkout; your stylist will let you know during your consultation if your desired outcome requires anything new, or if any service you desire isn't already covered by your previous visit.
